Starters

Halloumi Salad

Grilled Slices of Halloumi served on a bed
of orange segments, mint leaves, vinegar,
olive oil seasoned and tossed together.

Soup of tomato and Red peppers

Fresh tomatoes and red peppers, onions,
garlic, lightly seasoned, served
with a dash of crème fraîche.

Crevettes and Calamari

in Tempura Batter
Mix of Calamari and Crevettes deep fried
and served on a bed of fresh lettuce
with sweet chilli jam.

Trio Bruschetta

A blend of avocado, tomato and roast
vegetable served on bruschetta
with cranberry jam.

Vegan Option

Deep fried vegan mozzarella served
on bruschetta with cranberry jam.

Main Courses

Linguini Bianca with Crevettes

Fresh crevettes pan fried with garlic and
tossed with linguini in olive oil, finished
with a dash of mascarpone.

Traditional Roast Turkey

Served with honey glazed parsnips,
brussels sprouts and roast potatoes
with pigs in blankets.

Fresh Salmon

Grilled salmon, served with saffron rice,
asparagus mange tout with hollandaise sauce.

Beef Stew

Diced beef marinated in wine,
slow cooked with herbs and spices
and served with mash potatoes.

Vegan Option

Vegan pizza or penne pasta available
